So.. you've submitted, we accepted, but its not appearing in the gallery?
Yes. If you check your deviation, the "also in" with the group name and icon isn't their either. This seems to be a present bug on dA.

Feel free to keep submitting to us, but I, myself, wont accept anymore deviations till its fixed. This means your inbox will get flooded when the issue is fixed.

The people who've reported it to me have messaged the help desk. No responses yet. There is also nothing in the status forum regarding it, at this time. But they've also said they've had the same issue with other groups.

I checked everything and we're well-oiled. The reverting settings bug was fixed, all the settings in the priv-class are correct, so I believe this one is down to dA, so there is nothing more I can do, aside from enlighten you on thew subject.

Sorry for the inconvinience.

Also, the previous journals in regards to Joining and Submitting are out of date. They'll be sorted out within the New Year.

For now, heres what to do.

To Join us..
Go to the front page... and click join! Its as simple as that! To save time, your application will be automagically approved!

To submit to us..
Go to our gallery, at the top of the page, there is a "contribute" button. Click that and choose an option, submit your deviation, that simple!
OR, when you submit a deviation in your own gallery, I believe it is underneath the category selector, you also have a checkbox(s) for the groups you're a member of with submitting privelages. You can check the box for us if you're submitting a piece for the 100TC. :)

I just got some stuff in my inbox - so I dunno if that's a good sign or not. It was only a few things, and I noticed that everything that I got is in the featured gallery rather than the other folders. Is that any help with the problem?

The stuff was submitted to featured though now I think I managed to set it so people have to submit to the group collective folder, the ones that are going in to featured were originally submitted there, but they'll be moved. We just reached the dev limit, thats all.

Deviation Limit. You can only post a certain amount of deviations in to each folder ya see. The featured folder got full so any more just failed to post.

Interesting. I guess that must be handy for flood control. Is the deviation controlled by the Admin/Founder, or does DeviantArt have a preset limit that each folder is allowed? If it's DA controlled I'd imagine that you would have to create a lot of folders.

By the way, what is the dev limit set to?

A few thousand... not sure specifically, it wasn't that got the reply.
Its deviantARTs limit though. If I could control it, I'd have just upp'd it. But I think its 3 or 4 thousand. Maybe 5... >.<

So once it hits that limit do you delete the older images from the folders?

Nope, made another folder and we're moving the images in to two folders now, group collective which is the main folder till it is full, in which case we'll make group collective 2, and pre-collective which is the old way submitted items from pre-conversion.

Support finally got back to me after a very long wait with what pretty much amounts to... er... a big ol' "non-answer".

They said to report the bug to here: [link]

I submitted the same message (pointing out this journal as well) to them. Hopefully they'll do something about getting it fixed. Or they could decide to be "comedians" and come back to me with a message referring me to yet another department... peh!
