We may not have super yet but we will soon, we only need 2636 more points!
So before then we have a few changes to make:
New gallery system
- Pretty much everyone agreed split galleries would work so much better than the current 2 folders of everything mushed together. But which way do you guys want it split? I didn't add "A separate gallery for each theme" as an option simply because it wouldn't be practical.
Since we can't start one here, I've started a poll on my page [because someone gave me 3 months premiums
] i'm gonna leave it there for about 2 weeks so you have that long to decide which way it's gonna be sorted.
More staff
- With the new gallery system coming in we'll need more staff! particularly people willing to help sort though the current submissions and move them to the new folders.
Anyone interested please send a note to either the club or myself. You don't need to have previous experience with any other groups but it would be helpful for knowing how the whole system works.
Affiliates
- A quick note to anyone who put in a request with us in over the last few weeks; we were having some problems with the settings but they're all sorted now so please feel free to send in any requests, they'll be sorted asap.
COMING SOON:
New variations
- We've had the same 5 for a while now and although we all love them it's time for some new ones! We'll have a contest(at a later date so PLEASE DON'T send them in now), you guys can submit you're own versions and we'll put it to a vote. Best 3-5 will become permanent variations. Good idea? Speaking of contests...
Contests & Features:
*momshea4 had a really good idea:
- "...How about a contest, where the topic is a random number off of any of the theme-lists.For instance, a #67 contest, where the topic is any of the following: playing the melody, drum, lace, discovery or blue. People donate a 5 or 10 point entry fee, and then everyone who entered gets to vote at the end (for anyone but themselves, of course), and the donated points are awarded to the winners."
More details of all theses will be figured out when they're set up but already that sounds like a pretty awesome Idea to me. There could be free contests aswell, for those who have no points of their own, the prize being club features(*Lweeling's idea)
