The submission issues we were having seem to have been sorted now, so [as you might have already noticed =P] we're going to keep putting though your deviations. If you find something going wrong or any other sort of bug just send us a note and we'll see whats up. I'm pretty sure all the major one have been sorted by now anyway.

And since they are sorted now I wanted to know peoples opinion on one issue:
Unless you have it turned off, you will be familiar with the notifications you recieve from this club regarding deviations. Sometimes your inbox can be flooded with them and others it's only a few. Good thing/bad thing? Do you like it this way or would you prefere that they were only put though twice a day? If so would you perfere it at the same time everyday? etc. I know some people find it highly irritating so I thought I'd ask for opinions, hopefully this will work out. =P

EDIT:Apparently the majority agrees, too many devs at once. So, limit a day guys, how many do you wanna see max.?
This is how many we'll put through a day btw, not how many you can submit. Thats staying at 3 per week, per person.

EDIT 2:
So most of you think between 20-30, once or twice a day. Once may get us backed up, so it makes sense for both Jen and I to accept a MAXIMUM of 20 each, once a day. One in the morning, one in the evening, so they're not all at the same time of day. We're both in the same time zone so this should be simple enough to sort out. That should be no more than 40 throughout the day, all depending on how much you, the users submit. We can always try this out, see how it works, and if its too much, knock it down to 15 from us and Jen and I will keep an eye on how much the club is or isn't backing up and see if we can decrease it even more, or whether it needs increasing. How does that sound folks?

I know the journals and such still need updating, but we've lost our supergroupness [not that I mind much, just buggers CSS though] and there are still affiliates and stuff to do, but we both only have 1 pair of hands and I'm pretty sure Jen doesn't have all the time in the world. Idk if anyone checks our personal pages, but I've been away from deviantART because of my, yet again, declining health, but I come on to catch up where I can. I've only just managed to wade through my own inbox, and I've done half of the clubs notes, all the comments, and submissions. And now I've come to update you.

On a side note, a few people have said they can't find the variation lists, we'll probably be updating these into new journals soon but for now you can find the lists here: [link] The quick find box to the right can lead you to the other 4 lists aswell.

And again, Like previously mentioned, the journals in regards to Joining and Submitting are out of date. They'll be sorted out within the New Year.
For now, heres what to do.

To Join us..
Go to the front page... and click join! Its as simple as that! To save time, your application will be automagically approved! Theres no need to send us a note regarding the variation you'll be doing, you can still do so if you wish but the challenger lists can't be updated since they're from the old system.

To submit to us..
Go to our gallery, at the top of the page, there is a "contribute" button. Click that and choose an option, submit your deviation, that simple!
OR, when you submit a deviation in your own gallery, I believe it is underneath the category selector, you also have a checkbox(s) for the groups you're a member of with submitting privelages. You can check the box for us if you're submitting a piece for the 100TC. :)

By the way, can I pick any theme from different variation? Or I have to pick one variation only and start with the challenge

You didn't answer my question so I guess I just have to repost it again, sorry for the inconvenience!

Why do the club submit on the feature folder while you should just use the action "copy to the... feature folder" or move it to the folder.

With this way, it will be the deviation of the deviant and not a re-submission by the club.
I ask because I don't understand this way to do =)

The feature folder is where the old submissions, that we had to post, from before the club system was up.
They're in the process of being moved to the Pre-collective folder.

So if I join the group, I will have to post in the pre-collective folder?

Jeez, why is it I'm always hearing about people who can't find the variations? I found them easy enough when I first found the group. I think these people are just too lazy to look! ;p
