Submitting

To submit to the club. You must first be a member. If you are not a member, you can find out how to join here.

Send us a note entitled "Submission"
Please include the following; [You should copy and paste this template]

Variation List : [Will be a number 1-5, or misc, refers to the list of themes you are following located in out journal]

Any Keywords you want included : None of this None or not including keywords junk. They are compulsary, dA doesn't allow this feild to be empty.

Submission Category : [Eg Photograpy > People > Fashion Portraits. Please avoid copy-paste, the categories are different when you actually submit to are different to the ones they appear in]

It is COMPULSARY that you add to the deviation description that you give us permission to add the piece to our gallery.
Not just 100 themes or the 100 themes club because there is more then just us out there. : dev100themeschallenge : or :icon100themeschallenge : should be used [remove the spaces]


How often you can submit
You may only submit ONE deviation per note.
You may only submit THREE deviations per week.

Well if you think about it, it makes sense. Considering the long list of members; if everyone submtited more than 3 pieces a week wouldn't it be troublesome to submit all of these into the club?

Considering there are a good few hundred members at least...actually I think theres nearly 1000...if ALL of them submitted ALL 3 a week, think, 3000 deviations for us to do a week? Thats a lot of work. Thank god not all of them do. :lol: Its already hard enough as it is despite the large staff team. One person who can't read tried to submit 18 deviations in 2 days. :| We need to have out lives too.

Most people don't :giggle: It may not be much for you, but it all adds up. Just have to look at the v1 challengers list to see we have a lot of members though. I never EVER thought the club would grow so big. [And when it was smaller, the limit was 5 but we couldn't cope, or rather I couldn't, I was running it single handedly, staff kept letting me down]
Its worth it. Its great to see artists help lift artist block and come up with fantastic new works. :D
