So.. you've submitted, we accepted, but its not appearing in the gallery?
Yes. If you check your deviation, the "also in" with the group name and icon isn't their either. This seems to be a present bug on dA.

Feel free to keep submitting to us, but I, myself, wont accept anymore deviations till its fixed. This means your inbox will get flooded when the issue is fixed.

The people who've reported it to me have messaged the help desk. No responses yet. There is also nothing in the status forum regarding it, at this time. But they've also said they've had the same issue with other groups.

I checked everything and we're well-oiled. The reverting settings bug was fixed, all the settings in the priv-class are correct, so I believe this one is down to dA, so there is nothing more I can do, aside from enlighten you on thew subject.

Also, the previous journals in regards to Joining and Submitting are out of date. They'll be sorted out within the New Year.

For now, heres what to do.

To Join us..
Go to the front page... and click join! Its as simple as that! To save time, your application will be automagically approved!

To submit to us..
Go to our gallery, at the top of the page, there is a "contribute" button. Click that and choose an option, submit your deviation, that simple!
OR, when you submit a deviation in your own gallery, I believe it is underneath the category selector, you also have a checkbox(s) for the groups you're a member of with submitting privelages. You can check the box for us if you're submitting a piece for the 100TC.

EDIT 2: Once again, the priv-class reset itself, meaning you can't submit. I checked it because I wasn't getting any new submissions and ~l-Dragonna-l mentioned they got a bug and lowe and behold...! Sorry guys! I'll try to keep an eye on it so I can set it back whenver it changes back. dA are working to solve the issue. Thanks! Sorry if you tried to submit and could not. All should work now. Just drop me a message if you have any issues.

Also, please don't submit it all in one go... if you do, we'll just ignore some for a while. This is EVERYONE's gallery. Not just one person. So a few will be accepted, and others will sit there until some by another artist have been submitted to keep in some variation wherever possible.

EDIT: If you've submitted a dev to us and its not in the gallery yet, please re-submit if you can. The privclass screwed up and reset itself... the devs dont show in the msg center in my other account for me to put in the second vote to make them go in the gallery. This is a known bug and dA is working on it. I appologie for the inconvinience!

So! You can now start joining up!
Its going to take me a little while to get used to this and get it all sorted, so bear with me a little longer.

After I've sorted out the member bizzle so you guys can submit, I'll be emptying out the group gallery, so then you can re-submit your deviations to us if you like and it'll feed directly in to your gallery instead. No need to add the permission thing to the description, it'll say on the right, and its basically like us featuring you anyway.

How it works is when you submit is you submit like you normally would and there should be a checkbox. Or you can go to the gallery tab and contribute

This is a little [lot] confusing! But I'm trying!

I believe you have the option to submit your deviation to the group as you submit it to your own gallery. That being the case, I don't know whether you can go back and edit your deviation and select it or not, I'm about to try that out now. If not though, the deviations currently in the gallery shall remain.
